Tournament development program

FCA Tournament team is committed to the development of all our players in the following areas:

  • Skill/Technical development

  • Game IQ

Program of Training

Warm-up Exercises: Skill work, stretching and dynamic drills to prepare the body for activity.

Skill Assessment: Evaluation of each players current skill level through dribbling, passing and shooting drills.

Sports Complex:
Drills focusing on positioning, movement on and off the ball, and basic strategies.

Team Building Activities:
Interactive game and activities designed to promote teamwork and communication.

We are currently looking for players ages 10-12 to be apart of our 5v5 team and 11v11 program winter & spring season.
